Frequently asked Questions

A plaster machine, is a mechanized tool used to mix, pump and spray plasters. It automates the process of applying plasters. It significantly speeds up the application compared to traditional methods.

The main benefits include:

  • Increased speed and efficiency
  • Consistent and high-quality finishes
  • Reduced labor dependency
  • Minimized material waste
  • Saves Water

Plastering machines can be used with various types of plaster, formulated to be SPRAYABLE including:

  • Cement-based plaster
  • Gypsum plaster
  • Lime plaster
  • Insulating plasters

Plastering machines are used to plaster wall surfaces Internal and external. Typically theses surfaces are of Brick, AAC / Concrete Blocks, Concrete walls. In some cases the surfaces could be of Insulting materials such as XPS panels.

A team of approximately 6-8 individuals is recommended. The team formation could be of 4-5 masons and 2-3 assistants for efficient operation of the plastering machine.

On a plastering day, when only machine spray application is carried out and all surface preparation and scaffolding setup are completed, a mason can finish 150-250 square feet per day with a 12 mm thickness, depending on the wall, Corners and edges design. With a team of 4-5 masons, the expected output is approximately 800-1250 square feet per day.

Machine plastering offers several advantages over manual plastering:

Negligible Shrinkage Cracks : The special sprayable material used in machine plastering has negligible shrinkage cracks, reducing the need for crack filling within 6-12 months.

No Sippages : Observations have shown that there are no sippages with machine-applied plaster.

Enhanced Durability : Usual visible plaster cracks are not observed, ensuring a longer-lasting finish.

Better Paint and Texture Retention : Paint or textures applied on machine-plastered surfaces retain their shine and quality for a longer period.

Plastering machines are versatile and capable of covering a wide range of structures, from villas to high-rise buildings. Our experts are available to assist you in selecting the most suitable machine tailored to your needs.

Plastering machines contribute to environmental sustainability by:

  • Reducing material waste : Precise application minimizes excess plaster use.
  • Increasing energy efficiency : Modern machines are designed to be energy-efficient.
  • Supporting green building practices : Machines can use eco-friendly plaster materials and contribute to achieving green building certifications.

A plastering machine significantly shortens the timeline of a construction project by accelerating the plastering process. This efficiency leads to faster task completion and more effective project management.
